- How close are you to the nearest police station?
Drexel Police Station is located at 3219 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Vue32 is in their patrol borders, which ranges from 30th Street to 26th Street and from Chestnut Street to Spring Garden.
- How close is Vue32 to public transportation?
With an 88% walk score, Vue32 is close to a variety of public transportation options. In 12 minutes, walk to 30th Street Station (Philadelphia’s main railroad station), which includes Septa Regional Rail Services, Amtrak, New Jersey Transit’s Atlantic City Rail Line and more. The Market-Frankford Line located at 30th & Market St. and 34Th & Market St is a great way to access Center City. SEPTA bus services is another great option, with many options available at 30th & Market.

- What are the hours of the Fitness Center?

- Do you have fitness classes on-site?
We sure do! Weekly classes are determined by the residents and included in rent so you can release your stress and find your Zen when it’s convenient for you.
- Do you allow pets in the building?
We love our furry residents at Vue32. Our four-legged family members also pay rent. For an additional monthly fee, we allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Contact the management office for a full list of breed restrictions and monthly pet fees.
- What utilities are residents responsible for?
Vue32 residents are responsible for paying electricity, water/sewer, and cable/phone/internet. All utilities are individually metered per apartment home, and residents are charged based on their individual apartment’s usage.
- Where do my mail and packages go?
For your convenience, Vue32 offers Package Concierge, which all carriers have access to including FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service. When a package arrives for you, a text or email will be sent to you. Enter your username in the Package Concierge system, and the locker containing your package will open. All other mail will be in your mailbox. Mailboxes are numbered differently than apartment unit numbers for privacy when collecting your mail.
- Is Wi-Fi available in the Resident Lounge?
Vue32 offers free Wi-Fi in all of our common areas, including the Resident Lounge, Conference Room, Genius Bar, and Fitness Center.
- Does Vue32 offer parking for residents?
We have a covered parking garage below the lobby. Residents have the option of adding in-building garage parking for as little as $300 per month.
- Is there a daycare located on-site? Does the childcare center have access to the rest of the building?
Vue32 is pleased to announce that we have a daycare facility in our community. Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is a brand-new childcare facility located at 3201 Race Street. Please visit the Chesterbrook Academy website for additional information on pricing and registration. All visitors and students of Chesterbrook Academy do not have access to the apartment homes above as it is conveniently located on the first floor of our community.
- How do I pay rent?
Vue32 offers multiple ways to pay your monthly rent. Checks, money orders, and cashier checks are accepted in the management office. Enjoy the convenience of making a one-time online payment online or set up automatic rent payments through checking account or credit card. *Please note, we do not accept cash.
- How do maintenance requests work?
Vue32 has on-site maintenance available for resident service requests. We also have maintenance on-call 24/7 for after-hour emergency requests. Enjoy our 24-hour maintenance guarantee as a resident, which guarantees a 24-hour response time to your maintenance requests. If your maintenance request goes unanswered for 24 hours, receive a one-day rent credit.
- What are the management office hours?
Our leasing and management office is open seven days a week. Call or email to set up a tour. Walk-in tours are always welcome.

- Are the fireplace and fire pit wood burning or gas operated?
Residents can warm up on a chilly evening on the 17th-floor Resident Lounge and Rooftop Terrace. For a cozy spot to unwind after a long day, snuggle up by our indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit.
- What are the hours for the Resident Lounge?
The Resident Lounge is available 24/7 unless it is reserved for a private resident event. Residents enjoy relaxing in front of the fireplace, watching TV and playing games at their leisure.
- When are quiet hours?
We ask our residents to be conscious of their neighbors during our community quiet hours (10:00 pm – 8:00 am daily).
- Do you have extra storage space outside of our apartment homes?
We offer two sized storage options for a low monthly rental fee. The storage units are conveniently located on-site in our parking garage. Contact the Management Office if you are interested in renting one or more of these storage units.
- What are the “Away from Home” services you offer?
We can arrange to feed your pets, water your plants, and deliver your large packages while you are away from your home. Please contact the Management Office as we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.
- What lease term options are available at Vue32?
Not looking for your standard 12-month lease? We have flexible lease term options that change monthly. We would love to help you find the best lease term that accommodates your time frame.
- Do you have furnished homes available?
